  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale, clearance, undergarments, jewelry, and custom-made items are final sale Cannot be returned.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

7. Custom or Altered Items (If Applicable)

For made-to-order or altered garments:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

  • Custom or altered items are final sale.
